SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
The SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) course is designed for individuals in product management and product ownership roles, particularly within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) environment. This course helps learners understand how to manage and deliver value in a Lean-Agile enterprise by focusing on the responsibilities and practices of Product Owners (POs) and Product Managers (PMs) in a SAFe® context.
Participants will learn how to align product strategy with business objectives, prioritize work, create and manage backlogs, and collaborate across teams to deliver customer value at scale. Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, the course will also cover essential aspects such as planning, executing, and ensuring that customer needs are addressed throughout the Program Increment (PI) cycle.

Recommended Prerequisites

If you’re new to SAFe® or Agile, it’s highly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the SAFe® framework before attending this course.
Certification Preparedness
This course prepares participants for the SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) Certification Exam. To earn the certification, participants must pass the exam, which tests their knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities and practices of Product Owners and Product Managers in a SAFe® environment.
