• Agile and Scrum methodologies 
• The SAFe® framework and its principles (participants who have attended the SAFe® Agilist course or have prior experience with SAFe® are likely to benefit the most from this course) 

If you’re new to SAFe® or Agile, it’s highly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the SAFe® framework before attending this course. 

This course prepares participants for the SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) Certification Exam. To earn the certification, participants must pass the exam, which tests their knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities and practices of Product Owners and Product Managers in a SAFe® environment. 

Upon successful completion of the course and certification exam, participants will be well-prepared for roles such as: 

• Product Owner (PO): Act as a key stakeholder for Agile teams, prioritize work, and ensure that the team delivers valuable, high-quality features 
• Product Manager (PM): Oversee the product development lifecycle, define product vision and strategy, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value at scale
